AFAIK, I don't watch Titans and am behind a season on DP but they were kept nebulously separate throughout. DC's cross-continuity is pretty tenuous but can basically be thought of DCEU/Snyderverse (anything that can be tangentially traced back to Justice League), the CWverse, and everything else to my knowledge is a self-contained thing.
