I feel like the new tiebreaker situation will be confusing, but more fair.

Basically if both people get it wrong you have the 'secondary pick'

For example (I'll be using low numbers just to keep it simple. And will use the Jets and Rams as an example because the Jets can't face the Rams in the playoffs because the Jets never make the playoffs. Oh and becuase they're in different conferences as well, I guess. But there's always the super bowl. Oh, Jets and Super Bowl. Never shall the two meet. Also because they're both 4 letter teams which makes for less typing)

User A:
  1. Jets by 3
  2. Rams by 6
  3. 40 points
  4. 200 passing yards
  5. 200 rushing yards

User B:
  1. Jets by 6
  2. Rams by 7
  3. 30 points
  4. 250 passing yards
  5. 250 rushing yards

Let's assume the Rams win. Both users picked the wrong team, and because of that (Note that if both picked the right team, the best of three tiebreaker does not kick in)

Scenario A: Rams win by 7, there are 38 points, 210 passing yards
User A wins because they get 2/3 on the tiebreaker while User B only gets 1/3

Scenario B: Rams win by 7, there are 34 points, 210 passing yards
User B wins because they win 2/3 on the tiebreaker.

Scenario C: Rams win by 7, there are 35 points, 200 passing yards
User B wins because the two tie in the best of 3 (2-2 each), and the tiebreaker then goes through them again, with User B winning because they picked 'by 7' and they are closest on that tiebreaker.

I hope this isn't too confusing.
