That was my main way of using the internet too. Now I'm back to having to use my phone or the browser on PS4 which is shit. That sucks, I remember when you got that last year. Do a quick check on reddit just to make sure there aren't things you can try, not sure if they hard restart, but try holding down the power button, and keep it held down until it shuts down, unplug everything and leave it sit for 20 mins and try to fire it back up again.
