Two users enter, then another every 20 minutes until all have entered (between 30 and 40 entrants). A user will have, say, 10HP when they enter. Everyone else gets to "hurt" the users currently entered, and they lose 1hp per hurt. When a user reaches 0HP, they're eliminated.
