You don't need a loaf pan like a lot of recipes call for you can make it on a baking sheet on parchment paper or whatever. Cut up some potatos in a little avocado oil and lay them around the meat loaf and you can cook your potatos at the same time...yes? what the fuck do you think is in the image --- and you know what they say about a guy with big shoes insecurities and self esteem issues ...
