The Witcher, The Avengers, etc actually have a lot of behind the scenes manipulation, including being painfully dehydrated during shootings (commonly to the point of literally passing out), to appear like they do on the screen. That's setting aside the time and professional resources they utilize to get in that shape. Male body expectations are pretty unreasonable, too. --- Join the club.
