If you want to include some military soldiers, then Simho Hayha comes to mind, where he killed close to 600 people over 3 months, preventing the invasion of Russia into Finland. Essentially he was considered a 1 man army, they sent entire hit squads to take him out and he took every last one of them out. Only stopped after he was hit by a stray bullet through the cheek, which caused him to go into a coma, when he woke up the war was over. He lived well into his 90s.
