I've never read it, but in the Pokemon manga, in the ORAS arc, When Zinnia meets Rayquaza and tries to get it to join her to fight Deoxys, it's having none of her shit so it impales her through the chest on its tail, dragon breaths her in the face, then yeets her off the tower into the sea. And this is the most violent depiction of a human being attacked by a Pokemon in the entire series.
