Since I also mentioned liking Yakuza 0, any good crime dramas you could recommend? Having the goofy juxtaposition of tone between serious main plot and hilarious subplots would be a welcome bonus, but not a hard requirement.

Classic Batman-esq main character, lots of tense moments.

More crime and action really. The main character is a detective and has a super power to "open" anything, his rival his a crime lord and can "lock" anything. Really well done.
