I mean a cruise ship is pretty ideal in terms of survival horror locations. Everything is cramped so it's easy to make players feel trapped, there's tons of possibilities for varied setpieces, and the location as a whole is both extremely isolated but also fairly easy to explain anything or anyone else showing up (another ship, an aircraft, a landmass, etc).
