It's definitely propaganda. It's meant to advance the use of the term latinx while using the more popular notions of "dignity" and "acceptance" as the vehicle.

The fact that the panel is shown to be a shining ideal of a better world is what's unsubtle. It's presented without argument as a beautiful, inspiring moment. Sneaking latinx in there is what's subtle. You're not supposed to notice that it's being used so casually, as if that's just the word that's always been used and everybody should know it's the correct term.

Marching against hate? Yes, that's valid and valuable.

Using the imagery of the march to normalize the term latinx without presenting any opposing viewpoints or realistic diversity of thought? That's propaganda. That's the author saying "this is how the world should be"
Rather than continue to go back and forth, I'll just agree to disagree.
