What's the ending and is there a post credit scene?

The whole point of the movie was to try to save the villains, not defeat them. I felt this is perhaps the most refreshing original take on the superhero genre ever...but may have implications in future movies going forward

So after all the villains are successfully cured, Parker tells Strange to cast the spell again to prevent the multiverse from breaking apart into the MCU (which would bring in a ton more Spidey villains).

But because of that, literally everyone in the whole world will forget about him including MJ and Ned. The final scene shows Parker about to approach MJ to remind her of who he is but then he stops and decides not to.

The ending is basically turning Holland's Spider-man into the true loner Spider-man like he's meant to be. Where no one knows who he is. You could say this movie serves as a soft reboot for the character in the MCU
