In your opinion. In mine, that bullshit law should be forced into stricter limitations. Right now as it stands because of the Disney Corporation its at a ridiculous lifetime+ 70 years before properties become free market. In other words, its your property until the day you die, plus an additional 70 years before anyone can profit off of it, or even just use it.

15-20 years should be fair use on media, with the stipulation that they be distributed for free on the web with no one gaining profit off of them, while the original copyright holder holds full licensing rights to all future properties up to a maximum of an additional 15 years renewed every 15 years.

That's how it should be.
