It means you can legally use (samples of) copyrighted works as long as you're adding substantial content of your own. For instance, reviews generally fall under fair use. Unless he was airing the entirety of these episodes on his channel, then it's fair use. YouTube upholds this pretty consistently. Same with the courts. The problem is that not everyone can afford to fight such litigation, so copyright holders have that extra leverage to use against channels that they don't approve of for whatever reason. --- Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. ...
