It's from where a small bleed caused liquid to pool leading to macular degeneration. Which caused the non moving "floater". But yours being large and suddenly appearing doesnt fit with macular degeneration at least If it is moving then it might be liquid pooled that needs to be dealt with before it damages anything. Either way you need to see an opthamologist or an optometrist asap That's the issues I have. No idea how the migraine stuff works.
