Previously at normal peak hours it would be common to have to wait in a short queue with a few hundred players for 5 minutes or so. This would be like for new patches or during the WoW influx. We haven't seen what the new normal will be with both of these groups becoming regular players. If we're still getting hour long queues when raids drop for example that would be bad.
