MB got nerfed in exchange for a third bloodletter stack (really don't understand the logic to this) and the tooltip for procs is extremely vague. The internet is doomsaying and interpreting this to mean procs are no longer based on dots which would be TERRIBLE but...I'll believe that when I see it.
