I mean damn look at what 19/20s TUR does and look how shitty TEQ Piccolo is. Hes bad even by like 2019 standards :( Namekians exist to be inferior to anyone that matters. Raditz and Nappa are ultimately less important than Captain Ginyu, Piccolo was less important than Tien during Cell, and his time in the Frieza Saga was to be beat up for a while. You could even make the argument that Android 20 was really relevant more recently in Dragon Ball recently than Piccolo due to Super 17 and Android 21. As a Piccolo fan it sucks, but that's how Dragon Ball has been for decades!
