Last year it was on HBO Go simultaneous to the episode. I watched on a one minute delay on HBO Go.
That said, they were really pushing HBO Go last year, and might not be trying so hard this year.
I think everything else they do is pushed after the episode airs, so we'll see. Right now there's the featurette and a half dozen little specials like "so-and-so's armor" etc. Kinda cool. I avoided everything until I finished book 2, and I just did (yeah it took me a year, being a working parent is like that) so RELEASE THE HOUNDs
