There was one, Before the Echo, that I'd played that was close, but not quite close enough. Then I found The Metronomicon and it was like someone had made this game especially for me. It was the perfect blend of RPG and rhythm gameplay, exactly what I'd always imagined. The story and characters were fun too. Of course, a rhythm game lives or dies on its music. I really loved the whole soundtrack, but when I made a topic on B8 recommending it no one else liked its style as much. There have been a ton of DLC song packs since release but I never bought any and don't know how they work.
