It's got maca, l-arginine, some other stuff. I would bite off a small piece of the tablet, and I would have the hardest erections I've ever had, and for whatever reason it gave me complete control over when to finish. I could go for a solid hour and literally fire at will at any point. And within like 30 min I could go again. I would do my girlfriend like 3-4 times in a day. It was amazing.
