We kept trying to explain what to do with the tethers but when ever we said "stand on from of the glowing lines" and they kept saying "what lines" and "do I stand in the AoE?"? Also never got themselves out of the plant traps. Honestly I've only seen toxicity like 3 times ever and this was the first time I'd almost say it was warranted, though I actively tried to prevent it. Though the tank was also being a dipshit. "This mechanics has been in several dungeons before this" which is a lie. I stayed and 3 new players joined right away, the tank saw where I was standing and said "oof, I can guess what happened here", and then we proceeded to finish with the cleanest clear in history.
