It definitely needs to be said and called out. Twisting words to fit your agenda is a common tactic thats really childish. One example is referring to ALL people who illegally enter the country as asylum seekers. Because, you know its not true and it attempts to negate a serious crime to fit political agendas. Its far too common now.

But when your side controls the narrative, you get to phrase things to fit your opinions.

I've not heard this to be a common problem before, on the other side however, it's very much a problem that immigrants are talked about as criminals and welfware queens etc. Shouldn't that be dealt with?

I agree that not all immigrants are asylum seekers, some want a better and safer life. I didn't think this was a myth
