Very short summaries of changes for all the jobs I feel qualified to comment on:

PLD: Rotation is functionally the same, but personal mitigation and self-sustain is noticeably improved.
WAR: Nascent Flash healing being nerfed sucks and the shift to a 60 second rotation will take some getting used to, but overall the changes are good.
DRK: Shadowbringer being on 2 60 second charges doubles down on the resource/burst window management that is DRK's rotational identity, but good lord that opener is going to be busy. And why didn't Blood Weapon get the Delirium/Inner Release stack treatment?
GNB: Conceptually very similar to how it is now, just with a few new wrinkles thrown in.
SCH: Energy Drain costing Aetherflow stacks remains the single worst class design decision in the entire game. Remove the Aetherflow cost and give it 3 charges every 60 seconds and nothing would change, except now SCH players would actually use their Aetherflow to heal instead of griefing their co-healers.
AST: I have no idea what inspired SE to revert Minor Arcana to Stormblood RNG status. Actually, I do - it was all the idiots complaining about the card changes going into Shadowbringers and how now they can't experience the thrilling gameplay of drawing a completely useless TP-restoring card in a buff window when all they actually wanted was a Balance.
MCH: Functionally unchanged, which is fine because the job works perfectly well right now.
SMN: I think I kind of understand how this is supposed to work and it looks cool as hell. Can't wait for the actual experts to do the math and discover all my assumptions are wrong!
