A pro could easily go for $400 imo Eh I dunno. 3DS released in 2011 3DS XL released in 2012 and basically phased out the OG 3DS 2DS released in 2013 as the new budget model New 3DS and New 3DS XL released in 2014 New 2DS XL released in 2017 I know it's dangerous to use history to dictate the future when it comes to Nintendo but they tend to go for a three tier model at most. Which is about to be Switch Lite, Switch and Switch OLED. They haven't given any indication they're phasing out OG Switch and the price increase probably indicates they aren't. They could replace the Switch with Switch OLED when the Pro comes out but then they're gonna have to drop the price. Just seems too complicated. I think 2021 was the time to release the Pro. Since we're looking at late 2022 at the absolute earliest now I think it's just gonna go straight to Switch 2.
