The only real option is Frozen Orb (because it doesn't take many points to be good). Put 20 in that, 1 in Cold Mastery, and the rest in Lightning and its synergies.

Hybrid Sorcs are weaker offensively than their single element counterparts though.

For a dedicated Light Sorc, you want the Infinity RuneWord on your merc, as it breaks most Lightning Immunes, but it's rare/expensive (even more so if Blizzard are successful at preventing dupes).
