Plus Dread could always flop, though people seem high on it so far.that's fair. if silksong had any hope of being this year it'd be at the top among them for sure, but even then... a year with axiom verge 2, ender lilies and psycron (and lost ruins wasn't that great but i liked it too) isn't a bad one for metroidvanias. need to get around to GRIME/Greak/Astalon/Phoenotopia/Deedlit etc... (and i suppose the last wonder boy and blaster master entries kind of count too) transiruby and glimmer in mirror might make it before the end of the year too along with the touhouvania remake i think i'm still forgetting a few but oh well ...
