Here's what I did. I made a Fire Pally, joined Trist runs and got to level 14.

Did some Act 1 quests and bought a Holy Fire scepter from store to help my damage out. Got some trash gear that helps defense, attack rating and whatever. Found any 2os armor and 3os pally shield, did some Countess runs and made a Stealth Runeword and Ancient's Pledge. At this point I am hella tanky for normal act1 and 2 and I do decent damage without worrying about always out of mana. If I feel I am not geared enough then I simply do some Andy runs until she drop a decent helms, rings, boots or whatever for my level.

Act 2 should be simple as well in solo. Should clear everything out as you level and get stronger with Holy Fire. Do Tomb runs until you get to level 24.

Same thing with Act 3. You might need help with Travs and Meph at this point because those mother fuckers are strong.

Act 4, if you can do some Chaos runs with others until you're stronger and then you should be able to kill Diablo.

Act 5, Frigid Highlands should be easy and score you easy exp until you get to the WP. From there, do some Shenk runs until you get strong enough to kill Ancients. And then do Baal runs until 50 if you want.

At this point you can now do cows which can make a Spirit sword or Insight and you can respec into Hammerdin to be stronger and better clear things out.
