Topic	Have you ever witnessed a customer be a major jerk to a service employee?

I remember a time when I was working (it was a convenience store) and this lady tried to cut like 4 or 5 people in line to get me to do her lotto stuff. I told her she needed to go to the back of the line, she said it would be quick, I said I would be helping the customers in the order of the line, and she started screaming that she had cancer and should be able to do whatever she wanted. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter.
