Topic	When you get fired do you get terminated immediately?
Conner4REAL 09/15/21 1:34:58 PM #17:	Depends on the job and the reason for termination. usually if its a lay off type of situation where the business is closing or moving or whatnot they dont terminate people immediately. if its someone being fired for cause then only the most desperate or stupidest of employers would keep the person on after giving them notice.
