Sounds like he's the weak link in the team. I said it wasnt her fault multiple times so Im not blaming her but it fucking sucks that Im the one getting screwed. Its not like this is a one time thing. Its everyday. Imagine if your workload increased 50% due to no fault of your own. Im sure youd be annoyed too. I couldnt care less if its something most women do.
