Ideally she'd be +Atk, but she kills well enough from what I can tell. The art is a huge improvement, and I think it's a nice mix of cute and sexy. To be honest I haven't even played Genealogy of the Holy War, but this character somehow really resonated with me. ~~And apparently her story... isn't a happy one.~~ Anyway, we'll probably get a New Heroes trailer on the 15th.
