If guys want something changed about their bodies and look more attractive, it's other impossible(height) or requires a lot of effort(muscles). I don't know man. I gained some weight from walking, eating more and alcohol. It's not the best way to gain weight but I'm happy that I have. As for the rest of a mans physical appearance been well groomed and a good haircut helps. I also love good ink although don't have any myself. Regular guys don't even have access to make-up. Sure they do. Many goth guys for example will wear eyeliner. Those on TV also wear make-up. All you need to do is buy it.
