Maybe not right away, but certainly set on the path to destruction. Unfortunately we live in a country where if Biden does nothing, he'll be seen as weak. Whereas Trump can do nothing about Covid and still be seen strong because he pretends to be an alpha male which appeals to the sociopaths in our country (which sadly are not small in number) When there's an enemy they already hate, it's easy to look strong by threatening to BOMB and DESTROY them all.
