NMH 1 and 2 got scores in the low 80s on wii and switch. And user reviews are in the mid 80s.

Fuck gamespot for 40/100. Hope they patch up performance issues in the over world, which seems to be the major complaint.

Anyway, 76 (now) is a solid score and it seems like all the nmh fans will enjoy it.

Travis Strikes Again plays in a very clunky way much like the first NMH. There likely hasn't been much iteration in how the game controls. I'm pretty sure Suda has been developing with the Unreal engine but I doubt NMH3 has done much iteration in the terms of controls.

NMH is kind of a fan letter to gaming itself. It's self-aware and esoteric. It's pretty much exclusively for nerds. The first two games are great but the bar for gaming was much lower for gaming then, that is to say we expect more from our games now.
