That's kind of an incomplete question to ask if you don't understand how the Afghan people are living right now. See, you could make the argument that the desert over there has water all around it, but in every direction, the only water is the desert itself. There are, therefore, huge oases around the country places where there is, for instance, more than half a meter of liquid per square meter of land. Around the great lake of Arar (the other day I counted 11 places you can have a glass of water), there is the town of Arar.

And in one of these towns, the one that is nearest to the border with China, there is a little school where there are nine children, a handful of teachers, a classroom, two desks and a fridge full of water, and at least four or five hours every day where the children get to do what they actually like that is, to sit in a warm room and watch television or play around. It is a very funny thing that if you were to go to one of the main cities of Saudi Arabia, like Riyadh, you wouldn't be able to do that.
