A vaccine could theoretically lower immunity by inducing antibody-dependent enhancement, which is where antibodies actually allow the spike protein to bind with enzymes (like ACE2) even more efficiently to allow easier access to cells. It's present with dengue fever, for example, and means reinfection in a short time frame results in a worse infection the second time. Early development of vaccines against SARS and MERS, related coronavirus, did cause ADE in animal studies but that methodology was drastically different from the vaccine creation being done now.

The problem with the claim is that literally nothing has shown that this is happening anywhere from any variant of the virus. Whatever source this is sounds like Project Veritas-styled horseshit.
