It hurts a bit especially certain movements are hard to do and it feels tense...I might need to actually buy a new bed mine is old and too soft and it causes pain sometimes. The thing is after that bad wakeup sometime today I threw the trash away and it seemed to pull something to the point where it was hard to walk without pain...fugg man.
