Should be in the next week or two, I think JP got it fairly quickly after the announcement. Overall, I think this anniversary was great. Probably the best celebration since I started playing the game (a few months before 4th anni). Obviously my good banner luck helps a lot with that, but the content was good, the F2P units are actually useful, good EZAs, the GoD event was kinda fun.
