It was between it and botw I saw most often sited as worst I remember all the hate Majora's Mask got when it came out. But I love it. Then, people seemed to love it when Wind Waker came out. But hated Wind Waker for it's graphics. Then they loved Wind Waker when Twilight Princess came out. Though, if I'm being honest, I don't remember Twilight Princess getting a lot of hate...
