They did the movie in like 2014 iirc... Kristen bell and rob Thomas (the producer not the musician) were forced by the studio to prove there was interest by doing a Kickstarter. Theres some good inside jokes they do about getting it made... but 8t was too fan servicey and really kinda mediocre. Season 4 came out 2 years ago and its way way better.
