If I had to bootlick to not make my years of schooling a waste, I probably would, too. On a world scale, really it just comes from the top couple of doctors. And at any rate, even the official numbers dont make flattening the economy worth it. And yeah, I do care about people, but I also care about myself and my family, and dont want to see them in hardship because of others. Thats how I weigh it.
