Nintendo is basically the odd one out.
On the subject of music, this is true. Nintendo music sitting in their vault is unfortunate and nigh Disney-like.

Or to put it another way, they have released their music, but they packaged a little something around the music called Super Smash Brothers Ultimate and are asking a game's price for the pleasure. I'd hate to think that's their method.
