All department faculty received an email asking if there were any among us who were ok switching their in-person classes to remote instruction on short notice. I responded that I'd happily teach either in-person or remotely and would do whatever the department feels is best for my students (I consider this a flex because I know there are older faculty members who have detested online instruction and will protest it if they can).
