Who gives a fuck about these kids if they're not gonna grow up to be responsible adults? Put them all out of school or at least put them on a school long probation where one more offense for the rest of their school life results in expulsion. Pretty tired of schools doing some nth dimension justification to ignore bullying and inappropriate behavior because "they tried and it doesn't work." It's not about working but about protecting the good kids and giving consequences to actions.
