If I cant remember I dont know why that would cause me to dislike sex?

It's memory loss so severe that they can regress years or even decades, even believing that people who have long since passed on are still living, and they may even lose their sense of self. They are literally not in a state of mind to consent to anything, let alone sex, and typically needs round-the-clock care because even doing the simplest tasks themselves--including making their own food and going to the bathroom--is nigh-impossible.

My grandmother developed dementia in the months leading up to her passing, and my mom and sister had to tend to her needs all the time.
