I think one of the biggest things against free healthcare is most men hate going to the doctor so they see it as a a negative for them. And its not just money that makes us men hate doctors (helps though) we just plain dont like them. Ive only had pleasent expierences with drs in recent history. Everything about going to a dr usually sucks. Long waits Dr's/nurses with poor bedside manner and in my cases they just end up not being any help but charge out the ass and hand you some pills.
