I tried to use Rinoa's Earth Sync and her Ice AASB to break the 20k rage, but she couldn't get close to 20k, and beating phase 1 without a cap break was not happening reliably either. So I used Rinoa's Ice AASB to get through phase 1, rushed phase 2 with Rinoa Sync, Quistis AASB and Fujin AASB, then relied on OSB spam to break King's Rage (had to buy Quistis Doomtrain with Lvl 2 lenses) in phase 3.
