It's more of a disadvantage for taller runners, and depending on the race the shorter distance makes up for the tighter turn. This is what most people said: it's more of a problem on indoor tracks. But even though it doesn't feel as bad on outdoor, it's still a disadvantage because you have to turn sharper and your inertia wants you to go straight. --- Marvel presents Marvel Marvel's The Marvels ...
