The managers of some of those places are instructed not to allow in anything that is more than X years old. RV park spots are often also fairly expensive to rent on a monthly basis and even more for the higher-end spots that have nicer electric and other hookups. The gas mileage is horrendous and they are also large enough and enough work to put into a spot that you would want to haul a small car behind it to go into town or wherever else.

And make sure to purchase a nice black water hose and to securely fasten it to your tank. Wouldn't want your sewage exploding in your face as you open the valve.
Why would parking it for an extended period be an issue? Youll just have it driving all the time, except when youre at your destination.

This is assuming auto driving RVs become a thing in the next 30 years.
